Disappointing Find

RE: Disappointing Find
We have talked toa fewguys that live pretty close by about it. They haven't seen or heard anything about him. My brother in law is also a cop in the local town and he has been asking around to see if anyone has heard of anything. Also there are some workers doing some work in the areaon the telephone poles for the week and they told us they would keep a look out for him.
His collar has my number on it so hopefully if someone picks him up they are a good enough person to give me a call. The bad news is that he is dragging his collar behind him which means that there is the chance it got hooked around something causing him to hang himself. If this did happen, there is a pretty good chance that he could slip his collar if he tried, but then he's running around without our number on it.
