Default deer hide

hey, does anybody have any good tips for getting the meat and fat off the deer hide once its been skinned. im thinking of keeping my deer hide this year but getting this junk off is turning out to be a real dilema.

Yeah I wrote down the directions off of a web site. The first step is lay the skin over something similiar to a saw horse with flesh side up you then scrape the hide CAREFULLY with a soup spoon.There are 9 main steps I do believe . I got the directions off the web.
