    I have a marlin lever 35 with a 3-9x40 got it zeored at 100yds, great shooting gun. Heck of a brush gun. Bought it as a backup ended up letting a friend borrow it the 1st year he shot a 6point between the eyes at about 70yds with open sights, only shot he had. 200 grain bulet gets the job done

    if i had a chance to buy another gun, it would be a .35. within 150yds, its quite the killing machine.
