i just went and checked the digi trail cam today, and I had the most pictures i have ever had. i checked it last saturday the 27th and erased it all, and checked it tonight, and had 50+ pictures....weird thing is, we just mowed with a brushcutter, and cut some trees down around the stands last saturday the 27th, so i didnt plan on seeing anything. however, i did not see any bucks, but saw MANY does. they were even on the area i mowed within 6 hours of us leaving. We were out near the treestands around 9 am, and left around 1pm.....notice the time on the camera....

Wow great shots. I think I might have to get one of these to get to know where to setup. Just wondering what is the best place to get one of these?

well i got this digital, it is the Bushnell VGA(0.3 megapixel) Trail Scout off of Ebay. I believe it cost me somewhere around $120 after shipping and all. Then i went and bought an additional 256mb SD card for it even though it comes with a 32mb card. The first one i also got off of ebay was a 35mm Stealthcam off of ebay as well. I think i paid around $70 all together for that one too. I had a couple problems with the Bushnell at first, got a couple black shots at night was all, but i think that was just battery problems. After i got new batteries, 4 D batteries, it has worked pretty good. The video mode is also great. The only thing that this one lacks is the range on the motion detector i think. Maybe it doesnt really lack at all, but i dont think it is as good as the 35mm stealthcam i had. If the stealthcam digital motion detector is as good as the stealthcam 35mm motion detector than i will probably sell both cameras next year and buy the stealthcam 2.1 megapixel camera from a local Big R store. They were selling one in Pontiac, Il for about 180 i believe. That is a pretty good deal i think, because you can also buy a kit that will run the stealthcam off a rechargeable 6V battery i believe...Sorry about the length of the response, but i noticed that you live in illinois, so you might have a Big R somewhere in your area. If you, or anyone, has any more questions, feel free to ask...

oh, and one more thing, with a 256mb card, which will cost you somewhere between 20-30 bucks.....you can over probably 1500 pictures on a 0.3 megapixel(VGA) camera if you need it. each picture is about 110-120 kb. Each video is about 2mb....so if i did all videos i could get about 120+ 15 second videos, but i think the batteries might die by then....
here are some links to videos i have taken with the bushnell...
