I hunt in northern mn near the canada border. I would say 90% of the deer we seen are before noon.

On the average most of my luck or sitings are in the Evening. As the season progresses (pressure and after Rut) AM sitings decrease and evening increases.

2 years ago we all (6 of us) agreed we would start parking our trucks outside the gate and walk into farm.

Our AM sitings/kills have increased.

Evening still wins out overall.

I typically hunt in the woods in the mornings, then hunt along the edge of the woods looking into the fields in the evenings. I definitely see more in the evenings. That's in Missouri.

from sun up to sundown as soon as you leave your stand..... ooops there they be. keep warm, Dress right, eat some quick carbs,comfortable stand/blind, no need to go anywhere

I hunt in Maryland & VA. Typically see singles and pairs in the mornings in the woods, or crossing into cover. See way more total deer in the evening on edges of cover and in fields, usually moving in groups of 3-8... Rarely see bucks in groups, they're almost always solo prowlers mid-day or after sunset where I roam...

Almost always see more deer on the drive to my hunting spots than I ever see from the stand...

I see them both in the morning and evening but I do most of my hunting in the morning because of work.

I hunt in Illinois and Wisconsin and I see and shoot more in the morning but I agree with armyhuntinguy that a good part of it is a function of where you tend to hunt. Get back in the woods a ways and you see more in the morning. In the evening, you usually will see more at food plots and fields.
