RE: High Gas Prices..How Much Will it Effect Your Hunting
I will say this. If this gas gets to 20 dollars a gallon I will be hunting for free. Instead of paying for tha tkind of gas I will buy my own property. We are saving for that anyway. Because I am a teacher I am locked into this state. If th eprices keep climbing ,I will take the loss and get out of Dodge. There are alot of cheaper places to live than central Florida.

I'm going to hunteven ifI have to buy a bicycle. Death, taxes, and hunting, the guarantees of life. In 1998, I was hunting 4 weeks after having my right knee replaced. The only thing that would keep me out of the woods is if something happened to my hunting pardner/wife or one of my children and they needed me beside them.

Please do not hate me for this..... but the question was asked "High Gas Prices..How Much Will it Effect Your Hunting"
My income is based on crude oil/natural gas prices, the higher the gas prices the more huntig I get to do.

WELL I WILL CONFESS WHY I POSTED THIS QUESTION .... OLE DD IS JUST A POOR OLE COUNTRY BOY AND I WAS HOPING THAT SOME OF MY MORE "WELL TO DO" HUNTING BUDDIES ON THIS SITE MIGHT TAKE ME UNDER THEIR WING AND LET ME JUST HUNT WITH THEM ...SURE WOULD CUT DOWN ON MY GAS COST IF I COULD JUST RIDE WITH YOU ;>)
