soarkrebel, you move on up here and you got an invite. (non-residents can't hunt where my deer camp is)

But if you want to stay rooted, can put you on some great outfitters.

Maybe I should have said,

"You need to save at least 3 bills...kumbaya"
"Then you can hunt over bait for thrills...kumbaya"

O lord Kumbaya!!!!!!!

soarkrebel, I hear you on the kids, wife, mortgage and so on...ditto man.

If I could I would, but she ain't open to Non-residents.

Yeah lucky to live the land of Milk & Bucky! Our trohpy deer herd keeps get stronger, guys are realizing let the younguns go and harvesting does instead actually works.

Lots of good outfitters, I know many as well. When the tractor is paid off and the wife is smiling let me know can put you on a couple of dandy camps.

My handle is exactly that, I think the first to mention it. I like your style soarkrebel.

I see you guys you "legal" as your escape route. "If its legal its ok." Well, legal is a bunch of governmental idiots who choose right from wrong. Like shooting a button buck ppl do it all the time but I should be illegal. Visible antlers, a small piece of antler not visible with hair over it is not a visible antler. Wa's trapping was banned last year because I bunch of anti's were on the street's in Seattle showing mangled animals that were fake. Just "my" .02

If it were legal in VA I would do it. It is no diff't in my opinion as someone else said than using doe pee during the rut to "bait" a buck into your shooting range. I dump corn from the day after the deer season is over until 2 weeks before the season comes back in. This keeps the deer in the area for the most part and it also helps in giving them the minerals they need to grow bigger racks. If VA changed the law tomorrow and said baiting is legal than I would be dumping corn and minerals tomorrow to try and get em in closer to me before Saturday comes.

BrushChimp, I can't quite follow your last post. Could you clarify or state and discuss the types of hunting that you consider ethical?

Hey Brushchimp. Try slowing down, relaxing and type whatever you meant to say again. I'm trying to understand what you are saying but it makes no sense to me. I've read your post 5 or 6 times now and I get the point of you saying 'legal' as an escape route but what in tarnations is the rest of that slop mean?

I think I understand it. Here is what I got from it:

I see you guys use "legal" as your escape route. "If its legal its ok." Well, legal is decided by a bunch of governmental idiots who choose right from wrong. Like shooting a button buck, people do it all the time but, it shouldn't be illegal. Visible antlers, a small piece of antler not visible with hair over it is not a visible antler. Trapping was banned last year in Washington because of a bunch of anti's were on the street's in Seattle showing mangled animals that were fake. Just "my" .02

Is it any more un-ethical or un-sportmans like to shoot a deer at 20 yards at a feeder with a bow than it is to shoot one at 300 yards in an alfalfa field with a 7 mag?

THE NRA, WHERE WOULD YOU AS A GUN-OWNER BE WITHOUT THEM.
GUN-OWNERS, UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL.
