thanks for the heads up, they are early posting the results this year.
just checked and i was successful drawing a combo license this year. i'm surprised to hear you didn't draw, me and my friends have been going out every year for the past several years and always drew.
sorry to hear about your luck ...were you putting in for a special area or anything?

Nope, just a regular old non-res deer combo. Did you guys apply for some type of landowner or outfitter tag or something. This is the 3rd year in a row I've come up nil, IT SUCKS

holy cow, 3 years and no luck!!!
no we all put in for regular combo license. i thought about doing the landowner sponser tag but i think if you do that you are limited to hunting on the sponsors property which kind of limits your options in chasing the elks.
you would have had 2 bonus points even if you didn't pay the extra $20 bucks for the extra ones which i would have thought pretty much guarnteed a successful draw.
last year they had some extra tags for both deer and elk from what i heard, might want to call them and find out how you would go about getting one this year if they are available.
if you still want to hunt i think you can buy a black bear tag for the fall season anytime prior to 30 June ...something to think about.
i had no idea it was that tough to draw.
