Central Utah General Hunt 2010
Hello Fellow Hunters!
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for locations in the Central Region this year. I've hunted Central in the past, but they've changed the boundaries and the location I've hunted in is no longer in Central it seems.
I've heard that the mountain range East of Tooele is pretty scarce this year, downwards of estimated 10 bucks to 100 does. I'm assuming we'll be looking West of Manti, East of Nephi, West of Strawberry Res or West of Midway.
Problem is I don't know these areas at all. So not sure of good locations for hunting without a lot of private land and camping restrictions, and good areas for bucks. We don't need Trophy Bucks or anything, (would be great, but we're realistic and also we hunt for the meat) but a good number of bucks without hills swarming with orange safety is the prime thing we're looking for.
Any suggestions, advice, or ideas? I'd love to share any info I've found, know or have experienced as well.
Thanks in advance!

Good point! Didn't click when I posted the title that it wasn't a "Utah" forum. Thanks for the reply.
