Default Some Colorado Hunters want to help me?

I'll be going on my 3rd hunt to Colorado this year for Mule Deer/Elk. I'm still a youth with the new youth ages (which I'm very excited about) and I haven't been able to get an elk yet. I was wondering if they sell Either Sex Non-Resident Elk Youth Tags or just Bull Tags. And if they do, are they Unlimited or Limited?

Thanks in advance.

You will have to apply for the either sex tag, BUT you don't get any preference for that tag being a youth. The state offers 15% of the cow elk licenses for each unit during regular rifle seasons for youth. So if you would like to get your first elk and you would be happy with a cow, then apply for the cow elk tag, and your chances of getting that tag would be good in any unit.
Your unfilled tag, would also be good after the 4th regular season as well. So if your season ended and you didn't get your elk, the state offers youth the opportunity to hunt in any antlerless only elk season that is still open.
This is all explained on page 2 of the 2007 Big Game Brochure, incase I confused the heck out of ya!

Well since my elk tag would be only $100, I wouldn't get the cow tag but I'd take an either sex tag for that price and I'd be alright with a cow. But I'd still like the opprotunity for a bull just incase, if that makes sense. I don't want strictly a cow tag, plus I think they would all be the same price anyway.

The unit I'm hunting (unit 4) has unlimited bull tags, but I don't know about either sex tags.

You are right in that unit 4 does offer unlimited antlered elk tags for 2nd and 3rd seasons, but they don't offer unlimited either sex tags, you will have to go through the draw, and youth don't get any preference for those tags!
