Who wrote this????
I found this poem on a piece of paper form a magazine when i was cleaning out my attic and i was wondering if any of you recognized it. Or know who wrote it, i think its great.
"Cupped wings these wild things swoop and circle like acrobats, we hid our faces beneath green hats, mallards wigeon and even teal, ths cold steel triggers our fingers feel,we sit here in a plywood blind, the morning mist clears the mind, through water cold and waders old my memoreis of hunting are happy ones, thoughts of sunrise buddies and guns, though ducks may not always fall despite how much we try to call, with frozen reeds and shotgun beads, through ducks that crash and dogs that splash, though decoys may float away, youll find us here from day to day, we beat our our blind tha rising sun because duckhunting is always a promise of fun."
I think this is a great poem and would like to know who wrote it. what do you guys think of it?
