land Game birds for Consumption and training survey.
I'm doing a bit of research, as a bird hunter and trainer.

With the way things are going t the supermarkets and all I'd like to know what others would think of buying upland birds for consumptions as well as for training your dogs.
Feed back your thoughts, and concerns.
Please not on the legal matters of selling processed birds, my lawyer has covered this for me.

It is unlawful to sell wild game bird for any reason either alive or dead and processed. If you are talking about getting a permit to raise and sell pen raised game birds that would be legal. Most of those of us with bird dogs purchase pen raised birds to train our dogs on. How lucrative it would be to sell for human consumption , I would have no Idea and depending on your operation you may need a permit depending on the state where you live.
