Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Season opens in NH tomorrow, looking for tips

I have been talking to a couple gobblers from a distance for 2 weeks, they have been staying in the same area the whole time. I dont talk long, I get a response or 2 and I am gone! Fast forward to tonight, I went out on the opposite mountain, (where the gobblers have been) to find where they roost I didnt get 1 singe response tonight, not 1!! I seen alot of scratchings and poop where I went to call them, should I hunt in that area to? Or should I move closer to the birds? This is my 1st season hunting turkeys so any advice will be appreciated

Listen early morning go to a bird without spooking it set up 100 yards away or so and stay in that spot and be patient.
