Anyone patterened the federal heavyweights in there 870? If so what was your choke and shell combo?

I have and it shot the best with the factory full choke... Just remember when you pattern those loads that there are not as many pellets as a standard load becuase of the pellet weight... So you will not get a lot of pellets on target like a regular load... they do hold a tight pattern..

What size shot did you try? 3 inch or 3.5?

My 870 is a 3" so that is what I used. 3" #5's
