RE: WASHINGTON TAG ALONG
if you can't find anyone to help you,go it alone and learn all you can.
that's the way I learned,I made a lot of mistakes,that I hope I don't make again.
get some trukey video's and watch, get several different calls and see which you can use!!!!
good luck on your hunts this year, keep us posted on progress.
I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest
remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.

RE: WASHINGTON TAG ALONG
Gordo, I've only been here about 1 1/2 years, and I don't have many hunting buddies that are serious turkey hunters. I live in Puyallup, so I'm probably one of the closest guys to you. I don't really have any spots on this side of the state, but I'm going scouting on Friday in Capitol Forest outside of Olympia. If I find birds, you're welcome to tag along with me sometime. I'm not sure which way would be closer for you, but we could meet in Tacoma and head down to hunt. I don't know what kind of teacher I would make, but I chased Easterns in the Deep South for about 12 years off and on. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll keep in touch as the season gets closer.
