Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default NWTF Website: Anybody else can't post there?

Hi everyone. I actually found this board after repeatedly trying to post on the NWTF website without any luck. (I'm a NWTF member.) Anybody else have the same problems? The webmaster said they were working on it - - - but I've been trying to post for more than a couple of weeks. - - - Pointshoot

YES! Let me tell you, they had one heck of a productive board last year. A LOT of traffic. Was great. But they have changed the format this year for some reason. Now very few posts. I cannot get through either. I just quit going there.

No jakes!

Dont feel bad that you cant post on their site,They come to this board, for most of their knowledge anyway. You just eliminated the middleman that's all! Not A Slam against the NWTF or it's members.None finer!

I can't say anything bad about the NWTF... I really can't. Been a member for a while now and like the org.

But, their website on the other hand... Their message board, well, stinks. In fact, I just spent half an hour trying to make a reply to some poor fella that had a question about a turkey blind. I feel bad for the few folks that don't seem to have a problem posting because they surely must wonder why they NEVER get a reply. If I were the NWTF site webmaster I would shut that board down until it's fixed. It's doing nothing more than hurting the site. To put it bluntly, I won't be back there until the message board is fixed. What a shame...

Its a real shame. Like I said I contacted the system administrator and he said they were working on it. Well, there are lots of sites out there and it doesn't take weeks and weeks to fix these kind of problems. And this is turkey season prime time. I'll be coming here from now on. - - - Pointshoot
