Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default What my daughter got from the Easter Bunny

My daughter, Jenni, 12, wants to go turkey hunting with me this year. I told her I don't know much. It will be my first time too. I have been practicing my calls and she has got the fever now. (thanks to some crazed turkey hunting friends of mine...ahemm...Pat, Forrest, Ed...) They are really the ones to blame for this new addicting passion....Ya knew we'd get hooked, but, you just let us keep going LOL
I put a turkey call, a crow call, and some camo in her Easter basket. She was so excited!!
So, we're gonna try during Ohio youth season... I'll let ya know how it goes....

I'll be going out for the youth season as well. Taking one boy Sat and another one Sunday. We'll in Ross and Vinton Counties on private property.

LOL...hope you enjoyed your candy rabbit. You have to be a very good kid to get hunting gear in your basket. You'll have to try harder next year.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone.... we're looking forward to it.

That is what every country kid should get in their easter basket. I also used to get that kinda stuff, I also got fishing stuff. But now I guess Im getting too old (21) cuz all the easter bunny brought me this year was some candy and $20(from my mom and dad)
