Only two ways to go and that is to do as was stated already and aim higher (like right at the top of a Tom's head) or better to correct the problem and if it's possible to either put on fiber optic adjustable sigths or one of the other adjustable systems available.

I'd go with a scope with the distance you're off.It's not really that uncommon for a shotgun to be off.I actually had to have a barrel on an 1100 straightened buy a gun smith.Remember that Adrian,lol.It shot high and to the right.Thought it was just me but when it shot the same when 3 experienced turkey hunters shot it I knew it wasn't just me.Had it fixed and it shoots just fine now.

How in the world did you bend a shotgun barrel?
