Default Turkey movement after shot

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on when a bird moves after you shot it. In other words, do you feel that you put a better shot on a bird that folds and doesnt move after you shoot it versus a bird that might flop around for 15 seconds.

Almost every bird ive shot except ONE has flopped around for a few seconds after I shot it, only to find out I put a lethal shot on his head/neck.

Thoughts?
