Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Skin on. Weber grill. Breast down. Wet apple wood chunks on top of the coals. 1 1/2-2 hours.

Breast meat marinate in Itallian dressing for a couple of days, wraped in Hickory Smoked Bacon with jalepeno peppers, then smoked for an hour or longer if cut thick.

I like mine best fried. Cut it into strips, mix Cracker Girl seasoning (or substitute whatever you like in, but this is by far my favorite) with flour (you can also sub cornbread mix...had to do this the last couple of times cause I was out of flour), put oil in the pan and fry it up! Absolutely delectable!

doetrain- Any full on recipes. I have a whole breast marinating in Italian Dressing now and that sounds delicious. Do you cut them into strips and do you have to smoke it?
