Ok I've been watchen 2 birds strutten with 30 somtheing other turkeys that I presume are hen's...yeah I know the numbers freaken suck my question is will each bird split up and take a few of the hens or stick together also when will the hens start leaven the toms to nest?

Without knowing where in Ark you are all I can give is a general answer.
In Ark. they should start breaking into smaller groups from now to 4/19 or there abouts. The hens will also be laying eggs but still frequenting the gobblers during this time. Shortly after 4/19 the hens will be away longer nesting. These dates are not written in stone but are approximate.

This is not an exact science, but I think there is a good chance they will split up.
