WOOHOO! Headed to TX fer RIOS

My bags have been packed for two weeks,but the day is finally here. Were leaving for Ft Mcavett Texas at 8:00am this morning to go chase Rios until Monday of next wk. I' m SOOO pumped ,I didnt even go to bed last night. Hopefully the weather will be great and the birds will be loud and abnoxious. Even gonna stop at that new Bass Pro shop in Houston and drop them fellas a hundred $$ on Turkey paraphernalia that mama gave me for being extra good to her this yr. Hopefully I will have plenty of stories and pics when I get back to share with all you.

Correct me if I' m wrong, but depending on which part of texas you hunt in, the season ends either on May 4th or the 14th!! It starts on the 5th!!!
