#1. If you have to cross two creeks, bring waders or hip boots!!! You can change at the creek and change back when you' ve crossed, and you can probably leave the boots somewhere, so you don' t have to lug them around with you all day.
#2. When you' re set up, be extremely cautious about movement, at all times. If you must move your head, move it s-l-o-w-l-y.
#3. Because I tend to do this, and we because we all like to advise others to " do as we say and not as we do" , don' t overcall, especially at flydown time.
#4. Be safe, think safety at all times--gun safety, hunter safety, safety when you put out your decoy(s), safety when you move through the woods, safety when you carry out your trophy tom.
