Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default MY SX2 PATTERN

I shot my sx2 yesterday to see what it would do at 40yds.
I had Blistic Specialities remove the forcing cone, port the barrel and costum fit a .660 turkey tube. I was going to compair the B.S. tube to a Briley super turkey tube that I was barrowing. Well the results were a toss up between the two tubes.

Shells: Winchester High Vel. 2oz. #5 3.5"
Gun: Winchester SX2 universail hunter 26"
Distance: 40yds
Target: winchester turkey target (turkeys head inside a 14" circle)
Results: B.S. tube 274 pellets inside the 14" circle, 34 head and neck
Briley tube 263 pellets inside the 14" circle, 22 head and neck.

The briley seemed more concentrated and also left a notisable line in the pattern. only 3/4 of the 14" cricle was full of pellets due to the line in the pattern.

The B.S. tube was more evenly spread, not clumped.
I was pretty impressed with both tube and would use either of them without a worry.

Inside 20yds I might miss.
