Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Well I' m back from soggy Alabama. Unfortunatley the weather was horrible for most of my trip. It rained 4 of my 5 hunting days. I did hear a few gobbles and saw several birds but had no shot oppurtunties. Even without a harvest, the trip was still enjoyable. Just glad to open another season. Maybe some more favorable weather will be in team #7' s future.

Well fellas, I' m heading out today for Sherburne WMA for the weekend opener. Ask me if I slept last night ? NOT. Anyway I will give yall a kickback when we return, hopefully with good news and some respectable Harvest information to get TEAM 7 out in front. Good luck to all others entering the Spring Woods this weekend and be safe.

Well I kicked off my bowhunting season for turkeys this morning. Got in good position on a few toms gobbling on the roost but when they hit the ground, they didn' t come my way and they already had hens with them. A little later I did have a jake come in silent. I didn' t plan on shooting him but for some reason he hung up at 25 yards like he saw something funny. Chased a few other gobbles through the woods but came up unsuccessful for my first day out. At least all my gear is organized and ready to go. It wasn' t a really good spring morning since it had snowed some during the night and was a little windy.
