undertaker choke tube

RE: undertaker choke tube
You typically get what you pay for. There are two versions of the undertaker choke tube...the one that can shoot hevi-shot and the one that can not shoot hevi-shot (the cheaper one you find at wal-mart). I would spend just a little bit more and get either a Primos Jellyhead or a Tru Glo Strut Stopper Xtreme. Just my two cents...

I've got the lead shot version. I'm very satisfied. My standard for a good turkey pattern is 20 hits in the head and neck (not the kill zone)at 40 yd. I get that kind of pattern with 3" Win. AA #4'sor HV#6's. The new Win. x-tended range shoot even better.

RE: undertaker choke tube
I have the hevi-shot model and with the old Rem. hevi-shot in my Win. 1300 it is much better than any prior lead loads with the old factory full choke. I don't care to shoot beyond 40yards or so and I had a reliable 35 with the factory choke, but now have an excellent pattern to 40 and around 100 pellets in the 10" circle at 45yards. Many people on this site have posted much better results with higher quality equipment, but I found the undertaker helpful at a good price.
