Two was the most I've seen on one tom that my friend got with a bow.
We where both hunting and I was calling for him when the big tom came in , he had one beard that was 11 1/2 in. long and the other was 8 3/4's.

My buddy shot one with 5 beards but i think the longest was probably about 6 inches. I personally have never seen the beards get very long on multiple bearded beards.

I was very lucky over the years to take two multi-bearded gobblers.
One had 6 beards, and one had two!! The six bearded one had a nice thick 10 1/2" main beard followed by a 5", three 5 1/2", and a short stubby 1", I took him right at the end of our season here in NY back in 96'.
The double bearded one was also a close finish in NY as well, 5-30-03. Both birds weighed less than 18 lbs. Here are the pic's of those two birds. Won the multi-beard contest back then with that guy!!

I swatted turkey number 30 last spring and nay a one had more than your standard issue single rope. Heaviest weight of a bird I have taken is right at 23 lbs, and hunting in the east, I doubt I'll ever best him by much.
A friend killed a bird that had 6 beards (I think he took it in Kentucky). One real thick rope, with 5 skinny, but all individual beards. Here is a link to the picture.

Turkeys with multiple beards seem to be like non-typical bucks, just all depends on genetics. One place might have a ton of them, while a mile down the road you will never seen the first one with two beards.
The easterns in the midwest (IA, IL, OH, MO, etc) seem to weight a heck of a lot more than the easterns around the Atlantic. Probably the colder weather in the winter. Seems like a lot of birds out there average around 22-24lbs with 25+ not being terribly uncommon. In VA, anything over 22 is a monster, most 3 y.o. birds weigh between 18 and 20 lbs.
