RE: Indiana
Southern Indiana near Louisville , Kentucky .
There are tons of birds down here , I've had a flock that I estimated at over 100 pass by me before , mostly hens and poults but lots of toms and jakes too . Access to private land is getting harder to come by as trophy hunter mentioned , but fortunately our public properties are badly underutilized by turkey hunters , and we have plenty of public land down here .
Say Josh , by any chance are you related to State Rep. Bill Friend ?

Arrowmaster, It's really not that good. I hunt on about 100 acres adjacent to the Wabash River and have had good success the last three years. The turkeys are not over aboundant and finding a place to hunt them is difficult as there is no public property to hunt. Sounds like you have a great place there in MO.

BGhunter00 The place I hunt in Missouri is awesome. I really enjoy hunting over there. You can take 2 birds. My outfitter makes sure you are taken care of. He has thousands of acres to hunt. Have you ever hunted Missouri? A turkey hunters paradise.
