Adrian:

Are you talking about the Ohio trip over on the ZONE? Man, that had to suck. Sorry to hear about that. Just pray. I think there have been a few break-ups and divorces over on the ZONE.

Well, I've never been married. It has caused some problems in past relationships. I kinda feel like most people that were raised in hunting. To get to know me, means you KNOW that I hunt. And hunt A LOT. So, if thats a problem up front, than no bother to move on.

WIth that said, I do know there is a fine word called compromise.

Mywife also knew what she was getting when she married me.I hunt a whole bunch both spring and fall and do a lot of bass fishing all summer long. As long as I take her with when I go hunting or fishing way down in the southern states, she is cool about my hunting and fishing. I also like it when she comes with down south with me.I hunt or fish for a couple of days and then we go site seeing for a couple of more.

Interesting post. I'm divorced (nothing to do with hunting) and in another relationship where hunting seems to be a bit of an issue...as we just had this conversation yesterday. I was raised hunting and I'm not going to stop for anyone. I spend a majority of my time one of four ways: With her (most of the time), with my kids (visited every other weekend in another state), at work or hunting. I don't go out hitting the town with the guys and doing other stuff that takes me away from home. If something is planned for us to do, I'll miss hunting. If we're just gonna be sittin around the house looking at each other all day...I'm hittin the woods.
