I have used the Owl Hooter for many years and if they don't answer, I'll use the Chicken Hawk Call.
282 - Barred Owl
Primos Hawk / Quail Whistle # 311
The Hawk / Quail Whistle reproduces the shrill, high-pitched call of hawks and the whistle of bobwhite quail. Proven very useful in locating gobblers.

Why do you want one so loud? Owls aren't all that loud? I like using them any time of day. I have gotten them to gobble at an owl when they wouldn't at a crow or turkey call.

You'll be surprised how the Hawk call works.

Srtutnbps-

I think he would want a loud one for several reasons. The first being that its not always a perfectly still morning without winds, or creeks, or highways nearby making noise and making it hard to hear. You also want to make a turkey at 400 yards gobble just as much as you want to hear one at 100. If I want to hoot loud... i just face away from where i think the gobbler is...scouting helps with that. also you can be quieter on a loud call than you can be loud on a quiet call.
