I had to send mine back 3 times, and I finally think I have one that works (although it is not the bone collector I bought originally as I had them send me what they had).
1st one shorted out, 2nd one had a hyperactive sensor, they 'repaired' that one and when I got it back it still had a hyperactive sensor. Finally talked to a supervisor and he shipped me out the one I have now, with a label to send my old one back to them.

I got the blue screen of death on mine. I sent it back for a refund and went back to cuddeback. I have a stealth cam too works pretty good.
Amazon is the place to go dirt cheap. I bought a new cudd IR for $150.

Well, I called Bushnell again because the other guy never called me back. Anyway...I was informed that they are out of cameras and wouldn't have anymore coming in until the end of October. But the verdict is that I will have to send it in and it will be sometime in November before I will have a camera. This is a big black eye for Bushnell in my eyes. My next camera will NOT be a bushnell product.
