Yes the Red Fox & Coyote were in the same spot -
We get them sometimes - though we are targeting deer with the camera.
I'd say wedon't have as many fox as when I was a kid - probably due to more and more coyotes - but its hard to say with certainty since we didn't have trail cams to gove us a random base point in the 70s -80s.
We also have quite a few Feral Cats that show up on the cam ( and under the cabin) - and we all know that a Coyote would target them given the chance - still we see tham hunting every week.
Personally, I think these are "still the good old days" for coyotes - lots, and lots of food for them. Fox and Cats take a back seat to mice, rabbits, anddeer carcasses in the winter time around here. Though I think Fox will shy away when pressured.
I see more red for than gray in the last few years on the Cam.
