I suggest taking her out of the heard. Usually if she's mature, she's only good for 2-3 offspring, and if that's the
case then she needs to be taken out of the herd to avoid spreading the disease (if applicable) and the genetics.
If your lucky, your state has bonus antlerless tags so you can take 2 doe.
CWD...I don't think so. Could be....something I need to look into myself.
I seen 2 doe in the same condition.

You cant tell that its cwd by looking at the body. Here we go jumping to conclusions again. Sure the deer is thin and may be sick, but animals get sick all the time just like we do, why is it everytime someone sees a sick or thin deer they blame it on cwd. that kind of crap ticks me off![:@]
