RE: Which trail camera for under $200
moltrie must have really turned things around with this new cam. I fell for moultry's low price all the way back when they first started making film cameras. They were junk. Everyone I owned jammed when you tried to rewind film making it a low quality paperweight. Then They moved into the digital age. I bought 5 differetn cams until finding one that actually worked. I've had it for 2 years and have gotten thousands of pics with it and like IT, but it wasn't worth the hassle to get a good one. They probably lost me as a customer for ever. I'm actually shocked to hear so many say good things about their cameras now. Maybe they made a change for the better.

i think every manufacturer will have lemons when producing large volumes of certain products but i have been completely happy withall my Moultries. even the "top end" cam's like Cudde's are getting bad raps with alot of their new stuff. i'll admit, the older Cudde's were top notch and unbeatable during their time period 2 years ago. since they have come out with newer cam's you hear more and more horror stories with them. let's face it, this day and age every company seems to "cheap out" and cut corners where ever they can but Moultrie stepped up their game over the last year or so.
