I ought to. Not really, grizzlies are everywhere here in NW MT, I have the trail cam pics to prove it. You just do what you need to do, respect the fact they are there, and know that the odds say you aren't going to see them if they hear you or smell you coming. Now going and checking a carcass, I should have been more careful, I just figured they would be denned up by now. Lesson learned the easy way.

HOLLY CRAP when i would ahve checked teh cam n seen that i would ahve freaked. i ahve only saw 1 bear in teh wild that was 1 to many

I was wrong about the head of that buck. I just re-read the regs more carefully. It says you can possess naturally shed anters or the skull or portion of a skull where the buck died naturally. I always thought that read that the head came off naturally.
