camtrakker (worth it??)

RE: camtrakker (worth it??)
Nope, it only imprints date/time on the Memory Card or as you view them through the camera but it does not brand date/time on the image. The only negative of the system in my opinion. However, I simply label my favorite photos using the available date/time info for my files.

RE: camtrakker (worth it??)
The older 4.1 model Camtrakker DOES print the time and date on the photos.
I personally like the 4.1 model better than the 6.0 Ranger and find it to be slightly more "user friendly". I upgraded both of mine with the rechargeable batteries, and on the 4.1 model, the Camtrakker battery runs the whole unit. On the 6.0 Ranger, the camera requires (2) AA batteries, and the Camtrakker battery only runs the motion sensor. In my opinion, the 6.0 Ranger is a step backwards in their "technology".
