Why is my moultrie taking pictures like this?
I have a moultrie 100 digital and out of about 50 pics I get around 5 every time that turn out white. Even if they are taken at night so I know the sun isn't a problem. Have ya'll had any experiences like this?

It doesn't look to me like there is anything in the picture at all. In other words I don't even think it is a picture but a problem with the camera. I sometimes get completely black pictures with some cameras but I can't recall if I've gotten any that were just all white like this one.
I'd say the 5 out of 50 isn't acceptable and I'd give them a call or return it to where you bought it. This isn't something that should be happening and isn't something that you are doing wrong.

Based on the timestamp (assuming it is around noon), make sure that the cam is facing north or south. What may be happening is the sun shinning right into the "eye" which triggers the camera and it takes a pic, giving you the white picture. My father-in-laws cam was doing the same thing and after some research, we found that if you face it north or south that sun doesn't effect the cam near as much. Give it a try, and if that doesn't help, then take it back and get another one!! Best of luck.

I have a few cameras that has white in the picture but that looks like the camera isn't even trying to take a picture and its stamping it. I would just use it around the house and test it and email the pic to Moultre' and see what happens. CRO

I have 2 moultries the 100 and 200 I do believe the 200 is quite a bit better alot because of the laser wich tells you how high and what to aim at in the instructions it says to place 4-5ft off the ground but when I do that all i get is pics of me comeing to it. I have found better results with it 2-3ft from the ground every now and then i get a white flash like that but don't worry about it unless it is all the time. They are slow to trigger in the cold that is for sure espicially while powering up the flash.
