The bow shoots great!
I was able to shoot my new Mahaska on Monday. Very nice bow. It's absolutely quiet; the only audible sound is the arrow flying through the air. No handshock, and it's pretty accurate. Even with not shooting for about six months I was still hitting in the center of the target dot. Not all of them were there of course, some pretty far off, but I believe it's because my muscles aren't with it and I'm not quite use the arrow's flight with this bow. I reckon I'm good for about 10 yards right now though, and by opening day I should be doing pretty good at 15. One thing I noticed is at about 20 yards and out the arrow drops drasticly. I'm not sure why, but I kind of thought it may be because of the point weight-any thoughts?

RE: The bow shoots great!
Hey, Mike, not sure what you mean by p.o.c. I was able to shoot again today and did worse than on Monday. I think I'm moving my bow arm though. I might be too sore yet to hold it steady enough from all the volleyball on Monday. I guess next time I shoot I'll have to shoot point blank to get the form down.
God bless,
