I got my new(to me) Roberston purist longbow recently and am having a hard time finding the correct arrow to shoot out of it. it is 75lbs at 28 and cut just left of center. I have been shooting a beaman ics hunter 340 loaded with poly rope and 220 grain muzzy phantoms. I am thinking about getting some aluminums and going from there. Do you think that 2315's will be stiff enough and can i get to 650 or 700 grains of weight? I was looking at CX heritage 350's or the Beaman MFX classic 340s for carbons but they get a little expensive if you know what i'm talkin bout.
Thanks!

A 2219 arrow should work for you with 150gr point. A .350" carbon should also work with a lighter head. It sounds like you might be too weak spined with the 220gr head.
I mean I shoot 0.300" spined arrow with 200gr head from a 64lb longbow.
2315 will be fine with a ligher head. 220gr too much. if you want that 200-220gr head, you are going to have to use 2317 or 2514's. One thing for sure they are going to be heavy
I was able to reach 625gr with 30" 2216 with 200gr phantom I currently shoot in my zipper recurve 58lbs.
