With lams splitting under the glass while the limb was in the heat box.
Now I have to make another set of limbs for the Pass around bow because the weight chart lied to me again[:@]
The Boo should be here tomorrow gonna make these to 40lb specs and if they come in at 40 then I will pike the limbs to 50

But I need a good spindle sander. I spent an hour last night with a Nicholson 49 hand shaping. I have a 1/2" 3 tooth/in band on now, and you can't do precision work.

Ok, I have rasped down the shape, and got ahead of myself, and started rasping the handle. I shouldn't have, especially with the need of heat bending the limb. Hope I didn't screw up. I know I took a big risk pushing the limb this far to the side. But figured if its going to break, do it now.
I put dual shelves on. He might be left handed. But I pray not.
Here's my risky part. It hasn't broke yet. Cross my fingers. But a weak point is at that handle.
She is lining up now. Instead of heating the snakey part, I figured since its so small of a limb, heat the entire limb and see who bends. Looks like the last 10" of straight wood decided to bend.
