I've never made one (and have no immediate plans to do so either), but I reckon Bingham's carries pretty much everything you need. Old Master Crafters has some, if not all, and 3 Rivers carries the supplies too. I imagine there are others, but these are the one's I have heard mentioned the most.

For the self or all wood bows call Murray Gaskins. He also has a nice website with some pretty good info on bow building.

I was going to say that Mike. A selfbow is generally an all wood bow. Not a laminated bow you make yourself. Some guys get pretty mad when you confuse them. Especially if they go to a link expecting to see selfbow supplies and they see all kinds of glass lams or riser blocks, lol.
Alternative bow woods is a good site for selfbow supplies. For laminate supplies I suggested Binghams earlier on another thread and Old Master Crafters has what you need also, but no web site as far as I know.
