Another option... (don't you hate it when ideas just pop into your head at random over several days instead of just flowing when you need them?

Try orienting your nocks so that the cock feather is pointing straight up. That might make the inside hen feather pass cleanly through the angle between the sight window and shelf. I remember that some bowyer -might be Black Widow?- recommends that orientation for their bows.
