wondering what an older recurve might be worth
Greetings to the forum,
I have an older recurve that's in good condition(no structural flaws, a few scratches). It is a 44# draw, 56 inch model, built by American Archery, Oconto Falls, WI. It appears to be of a certain series, or model....of bow, titled "American Hunter". It has a factory model, or serial number on it, written in indelible ink, it seems.the number being.....AH931
Could any of you offer an informed opinion as to the time frame this bow was manufactured, and/or what it's for sale value would approximately be ? I only have the bow, no string or arrows,.
Ty, in advance, for any assistance.

RE: wondering what an older recurve might be worth
Welcome aboard GA! I'm not familiar with that bow--sorry. Most likely it's not worth a whole lot as far as selling it goes--Bear bows are the most collectable, and only certain ones of those bring a good price.
Sorry I am not more help.

Thanks for the replies. I thought that American Archery would have been a Major Manufacturer, and therefore be a popular brand, that many would know about. Guess I'm mistaken,..there, Ty , jus the same
