I don't know for sure but your arrow maybe leaving you bow tail high. I think your arrow would be better if you used either a 100grn. head or 3 4" vanes.

Actually, with a flipper rest, the arrow is supposed to leave the bow slightly tail high. To cause the kind of wear shown on that bottom hen feather, the arrow is actually leaving tail low.
