I am right handed and do anchor w/ my mouth and nose to the string. My right eye is just to the left of my string. Hope that helps.

I have used one in the past. I like the idea but couldn't seem to be comfortable with it. The hairs were difficult to see so zeroing in on the center was a problem. I tried to put a circle on the hairs but that obstructed the view. The next thing I did was remove the site and replace it with a pin. This worked well. You could see right through the back pin and see the front much like you can look through your finger at a distant object. the last thing I did was replace the optic on the pin with a 3' long piece. All pins lit up well and were very easy to line up when the time came.

That's exactly what I thought of doing. I'm having the same problem with the fat circle and crosshairs. It seemed to me that a pin would work. I assume you mean a like an optic pin from a front sight? What did you mean by replacing the optic on the pin with a 3' long piece? Piece of optic fiber?

Thanks

Yea. I bought a bunch of it. I hadn't figured out a way to wrap it up so I just coiled it up and left it that way. Not very durable but it did stay bright. I bought a lighted pin but it would not reach out far enough. See what you can do with the idea.
