RE: problem
Assuming you've crimped in on the string with sufficient force...
You can try placing a second, or third, nocking point above the one you use to place the arrow.
It then takes double the push to move them.
You might also have a nocking point that's too big for your string.
They come in different sizes for strings with different numbers of fibers in them.

RE: problem
You have 2 options---
1---if you want to shoot off the string then put a crimp style nock on the string along with a cushion nock. The cushion nock will take the abuse and pressure.
---nock
---arrow nock
---universal cushion button
---release
2---or you can go with the string loop, arrow sits inside, causing no pinching, and if tied on properly will never slip or move on you. Also saves alot of wear and tear on your serving.
Another thought is,are you using the proper nock for your string?
some nocks are made for 14-16 strand strings and others are for 18 to 22 strand. You might be using the wrong size and not getting a proper crimp--JMO----

RE: problem
There's an easier solution. Wrap dental floss around the string above the brass nockset and tie it off and burn the ends. I've been doing this for 30 years. Another option is to just remove the brass nockset and tie one on using braided fastflight. This is simple to do, makes bow tuning easier, and nets you some speed as each brass nockset reduces your speed by about 4fps.
