I also called Trophy Ridge today to let them know about the problem with center shot and they were probably the best company I have ever dealt with for a customer service issue. I talked to the initial receptionist and let her know the problem, and she immediately passed me on to Roy. Roy then said that he will get to work on this immediately and have a new piece machined and that it would be in the mail on Thurs. or Fri. this week. There was no passing of me around to multiple people that didn't care like most companies that I have had to deal with in the past when I have had customer service issues. They get a big thumbs up from me and a HUGE recommendation for their customer service. I will post another thread on this when I finally get the piece in the mail to let others know that may be experiencing this problem.
