With non-smooth carbons, how many shots will you average before the peep tubing needs replaced? To replace it, does it require one to retune the rest?

I haven't actually put my hands on one of these rests yet, but could you use some of that teflon brush on stuff rather than the tube? My buddy put some on his trophey taker and it made 100% difference.

Range.. To Replace is Easy, just two screws and the cup wire comes out. You do not need to reset or retune the MIRAGE...
It will last many shots and it is regular peep tube ...only on the draw does the arrow touch the launcher...
When you Release you get TOTAL CLEARANCE...

My mirage came in yesterday and I got it on my bow. I was wondering do I use both the cord and the tube, or just one. I plan to use the cord only. How would I tie the cord to the cable to make sure it does not slide or come off at the wrong time. I was thinking of putting a nock on the cable, but was not sure if this would damage the cable or not. Thanks

If you have the Mirage body really close to the back of the shelf the body can be whipped forward because of torque and or shock when shot. the body may be slapping the back of the shelf. I had the problem and fixed it by putting a little pad between the body and the shelf. You can also slide the rest rearward slightly to increase the gap between the body and the shelf.

MRJ...Try the cord to cable ,then put another Knot above
as a stop and this works best...
