RE: minimum of 420 grain arrow?
If your bow says mininum of 420g then your bow probable maxes out at 70lb. the rule of thumb is 6 grains per pound of pull. 6g * 70lbs is 420g mininum arrow weight. per your sig you're shooting 58lbs. 6g * 58lbs means you should have a mininum arrow weight of 348g. Your broad head weighs 100g and depending on hom long your arrows are you should be fine. I'll guess a 28" arrow based upon your draw lenght so 28"* 8gpi(grains per inch) is 224g + another 15g for your insert, 15g for your nock and depending on wether you shoot veins or feathers another 15g-35g.
So you've got in the ballpark of 379g. You should be covered. If you crank down on your limbs you'll likely need a stiffer heavier shaft.
