to tube or not to tube that is my question

RE: to tube or not to tube that is my question
I'm kind of on the fence. On my old bow, I used to not have a tube. When I shot fingers, I usually didn't have a problem. When I switched to a release, the peep didn't rotate right and I'd have problems. I switched to a peep with a tube, and didnt have a problem. I got my new bow, and although I probably don't need the tube, my pro shop set me up with one, and I haven't had a problem with it. The tube came loose once, but off of the peep, not the cable side. Think ill stick with the tube for a bit, though I know ill get less noise, a few FPS more without. I just picture drawing on that buck and not having the peep aligned.

I think it depends on the string to make the peep stays as you draw. I haven't had any experience with other types of string except Winners Choice. It came with my bow and I don't have any problem with the peep at all. This is my fourth year with the string, and it still look pretty good.
